Dear P. S. 33Q Families,
It is time to start thinking about the Science Fair!
Students in grades K-5 are invited to participate.
GETTING STARTED
• 1st – Help your child decide on a topic. Visit www.sciencebuddies.org/science-fair-projects
• 2nd -Buy the supplies and a trifold display board.
• 3rd – Conduct the experiment and record your data. You may need to do this step more than once to verify your results.
• Finally, set up your display board. Photos of you working on your project must be included on your display board. For examples of how your board should look, please visit https://images.app.goo.gl/j1CyyYHstkCoFBgg6 or see image below.
Please bring your completed project to school no later than Friday, May 9th. One project per grade will be selected to compete in the D29 Science Fair on Tuesday, May 20th.
Please note, your participation is optional but highly recommended.
